Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of TaskVerdict (taskverdict.com), operated by Rotem Tzemah (sole proprietor), 60 Tom Lantos Blvd., Netanya, Israel. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. What TaskVerdict is

An independent information service that tests AI tools and publishes rankings, comparisons, test evidence and verified facts (prices, plans, terms, privacy statements). The Ask feature turns your description of a job into a shortlist drawn only from our own data. We are not affiliated with the tools we cover unless we say so.

2. Information, not professional advice

Content is provided for general information. It is not legal, financial, security or other professional advice. Tools, models and prices change often; we date our checks and re-test, but we cannot guarantee that every fact is current, complete or error-free. Always confirm price, terms, data-protection commitments and suitability with the vendor before you buy or upload sensitive data. Tools marked NOT YET TESTED have not been tested by us and are not ranked.

3. AI-generated explanations

Ask answers are ranked by deterministic code from our data. A language model rewrites the explanation and translates it into your language; an automatic check rejects explanations that mention anything outside our records, but errors are still possible. Where the explanation and the underlying facts or test results disagree, the facts and test results shown on the tool and ranking pages prevail. Translations of tool facts and test results are only published after human review.

4. Affiliate links and independence

Some outbound links are affiliate links: we may earn a commission if you buy, at no extra cost to you. Commercial relationships never influence rankings, scores or which tools we test. Sponsored content, if ever offered, will be clearly labelled and kept out of rankings. Details: How we make money.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to: (a) use the site or the Ask API in a way that breaches the law or others' rights; (b) attempt to disrupt, overload, probe or bypass security, rate limits or access controls; (c) scrape or bulk-download the site or API at a rate that burdens it, or use automated means to submit Ask requests, except reasonable search-engine indexing; (d) submit other people's personal data or sensitive information in Ask requests; (e) misrepresent our content, rankings or test results, or present them as endorsed by the tested vendors.

6. Intellectual property

Site text, test designs, scores, datasets and design are owned by us or our licensors. You may quote short excerpts with attribution and a link. Product names and logos belong to their owners and are used for identification only. Raw test outputs produced by third-party tools are shown for evidence and commentary.

7. Corrections and feedback

Found a mistake? Email [email protected]. We review every report and log corrections. If you send us suggestions, you allow us to use them without obligation.

8. Third-party sites

Links to other sites are provided for convenience; we do not control them and are not responsible for their content, products, terms or privacy practices.

9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for decisions or purchases you make based on the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory rights as a consumer.

10. Changes and availability

We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the site, and update these terms by posting a new version with a new date. Continued use after changes means you accept them.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the competent courts of Tel Aviv-Jaffa have jurisdiction, without depriving consumers of the protection of mandatory laws or courts of their country of residence.
