What it is
Zoom's built-in AI assistant — our 'is the built-in good enough?' baseline.
NAMING: the official product page (the former AI Companion URL) is titled 'Meet ZoomMate, your AI teammate'. The name 'Zoom Workplace AI' was not found on zoom.com/zoom.us on 2026-10-08. Paid Workplace plans list unlimited AI note-taking and meeting summaries; the ZoomMate add-on adds 2,200 AI credits/user/month.
